Mood & Bloom take your privacy very seriously and we do not hold on to any information that isn't relevant to your order or booking.

By buying from our shop or booking our services, you are agreeing to share information needed in order to process your order/ booking. This includes event details, names of guests, email address and the name and address needed for postage. This information is not shared with anyone outside of our company or Etsy, other than the need for buying postage. 
Exceptions to this are if we have a good and faithful belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

 

We do not hold any personal information regarding monies or transactions. If shopping through Etsy, this information if process through Etsy and is not passed on to us as a business. We only see the value of the order.

All digital versions of your stationery with any personal details will be deleted after the date of the event printed. We hold onto the design incase you need a re-print in the lead up to your event.
